The webcam went through a period of dangling down in the window, being offline because of said dangle, and just all together ignored.
Well, I'd found my cable stapler the other day and took a brief break this morning to remount the camera, and staple the cable (the cause of dangling when blinds would go up/down.)
So, I expect it to be pretty regular from now on. Although, it looks like the focus could be fixed.
